Four episodes of 30 MINUTES OF MADNESS copied VCR to VCR for your viewing pleasure! Can’t say these are “sold out” since they were rarely for sale and moreso traded or given free when folks sent us a blank VHS tape and some postage. Few copies of the laminated sleeve by Dan Augustine were made—most tapes sent out had custom case art by Jerry, however one special copy of the Dan-created artwork made it all the way to New Zealand in 1999. Jerry brought the tape to Weta Digital and handed it over to be given to director Peter Jackson as he was prepping the Lord of the Rings films. Jerry hoped Peter would recognize a kindred spirit and bring him onto the project. It now seems doubtful that PJ was ever given the tape, or perhaps no one had an American NTSC VHS player on hand, alas. But if you did Peter, it’s not too late to reach out!
